Stories
We are stories, and we share them at the Studio. For those of you who missed hearing them, I share them here. Enjoy!
Mixing Stories as we Pause
The AWG was the place where I watched my stories mix with those of others. I looked for my own discomfort as an Indian writer amongst American writers. I noticed the discomfort and confusion my stories brought the others. I learned there what I would change about my writing and what I would keep. That’s where I learned about structure, flow, and what was unique about my stories. That’s where I found my voice.
An important part of the Studio’s work is the mixing stories. As we complete 11 years of the Studio, we find new ways to mix stories.
